Sgt. Julien Olivier is a 22 year veteran of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. He is currently assigned to a “Force Response Team" which oversees force investigations by responding to force incidents, reviewing completed force investigations, critiquing use of force incidents, and presenting in front of an executive review panel, completed force investigations. He has also worked Custody, Patrol, Headquarters Training, Recruit Training, and has been a certified Force Instructor for over 9 years. In addition, he has been a certified S.T.C and P.O.S.T. Instructor for over 11 years.
