Peter Tulagan has 20 years of law enforcement experience working a variety of assignments. He is currently assigned to patrol. Mr. Tulagan has been consistently building expertise in drug identification, enforcement and prevention. As a result, he's been teaching street drug courses extensively.
His classes have been utilized for Continuing Medical Education (CME) for physicians at UCLA Ronald Reagan, UCLA V.A., Cedars Sinai, Kaiser and for forensic nurses who conduct Drug Facilitated Sexual Assault (DFSA) examinations. He has also taught to prosecutors, giving them credit for Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE). He has consulted and provided training to federal task force agents, and teaches regulary at the Los Angeles HIDTA training facility.
Mr. Tulagan was selected to travel to the Philippines where he trained the Philippine National Police, Airport PD and their National Interdiction Team on emerging global trends.
