Officer Davis has a decade-and-a-half of experience with the LAPD, with an emphasis on criminal intelligence, crime networks, and technology. He has worked specialized assignments from Gangs to Crime & Intelligence Analysis, and is currently assigned to LAPD Robbery-Homicide Division. He graduated from Henley-Putnam University with a degree in Intelligence Management, and received a National Military Intelligence Foundation scholarship. He also completed the Foundation of Intelligence Analysis Training, Attack the Network, Intelligence Preparation of the Environment, and BJA/IIR 28 CFR 23 and privacy programs. He has collateral duties as a Terrorism Liaison Officer, and was one of two LAPD members of the State Anti-Gang Intelligence Network (SAGIN). He is a Robert Presley Institute I.C.I.I. certified instructor, and is passionate about connecting people, agencies, and communities using both high-tech and low-tech options in the fight against crime and terrorism.
