Nick Ramos who recently retired as a Sergeant and K9 handler with the New Mexico State Police, Criminal Enforcement Unit. Since the early 90s, Nick has conducted interviews and interrogations during large money, drug and weapons seizures. He has worked over 300 of his own high profile drug cases that hinged on his roadside interviews and he assisted on hundreds of others. During his tenure as a Narcotics Agent, he acquired the extensive knowledge of the drug underworld and regularly interviewed subjects in an undercover role. He teaches nationally and is a guest speaker for several large organizations including HIDTA, INIA, Sheriff's & Chiefs of Police and Narcotics Associations. He has received numerous professional awards including “New Mexico's Officer of the Year" for 2010 and from the United States Attorney's Office where he was touted as “a bloodhound for narcotics" in 2011.
